You may not share your booth with other vendors without prior approval. Failure to obtain approval prior to the show will result in removal from the event and future events.

4. EVENT PROMOTION

As a confirmed vendor, you agree to promote the event. We will provide promotional material for you to share on social media.

Please refrain from creating your own Facebook events or pages for the event, and do not promote the event until we have confirmed your attendance.

5. BOOTH SETUP

Your booth setup should be neat, professional, and tidy. Failure to meet our quality standards may result in removal from future shows.

For tent vendors… a white 10x10 tent is required; if you do not have one, one can be provided for a fee. Your setup must fit into your assigned spot and no more than 3ft in front. Small merchandise cannot be placed on the floor unless it is something like a fixture, furniture, clothing rack, or floor lamp.

For table vendors…. your space will include a 96”x30” table, table cover, and 1 chair, and all of your merchandise must fit on this table.

6. LOAD IN

Load in is the day of the event from 7 am to 10 am, and your display must be ready by 9:45 am. No carts or assistance are provided for load in/out, so please plan accordingly. We open to the public at 10 am.

You may only park your vehicle in the west side lot to bring items to your booth. You must then promptly move your vehicle to the East side lot to make room for other vendors. If you are staging your booth while your car is still in the lot, you will be asked to move your car promptly

7. VENDOR PARKING

Once done loading in, please move your vehicle to the east parking lot on the other side of the building. Please do not park on Edison Ave.

8. RUNNING YOUR BOOTH

All vendors must agree to stay set up for the duration of the 7-hour show.

You are responsible for collecting payment for your sales, so please plan to have adequate change. We suggest allowing customers to pay via Cash, Card, Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App to boost sales.

Please be kind and cordial to your fellow vendors. If you experience an issue or disagreement with a neighboring vendor, please reach out to Grace or Jacob to work out a solution before allowing it to escalate.

9. LOAD OUT

Tear down and load out is from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Please keep your items inside your allotted booth space and out of the walkways while tearing down. At the end of the event, please ensure your area is clean of trash and debris. Packing up early without explanation can result in removal from future shows.

You must pack up all your belongings and have them ready to quickly put in your vehicle before driving in to load-out. If you move your car in before you finish packing, you will be asked to move your car back out immediately to make room for other vendors who are ready to load out. We can only allow a certain amount of cars in at a time. Safety is our number one priority.

10. NO SHOWS / CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to issue refunds on booth fees except in the cases of a family or health emergency.

If you do not show up on the day of the event without explanation, this will result in removal from future events.

Smoking is only allowed on Edison Ave or on the stairs near Revival Lane’s loading garage.

Please refrain from bringing pets without prior permission.
